AI talent partners for recruitment & staffing firms

Fill roles faster, without hiring more recruiters.

We build one working AI system for the part of your desk that eats the most hours — sourcing, screening, or follow-up — so your recruiters spend their time closing, not scrolling resumes.

1

focused system, scoped to one desk-clogging bottleneck at a time

No platform rollout. No AI strategy deck. One working system, scoped to a task your team already does every day.

What you get

Six commitments that keep this practical.

01

Scoped to one bottleneck

We start with a single, well-defined problem — the resume backlog nobody screens, the candidate follow-up that never happens, the intake call notes that go nowhere.

02

Built on your existing ATS

No new platform to migrate to. We connect to the ATS, CRM, and job boards you already run on, rather than asking you to switch systems mid-desk.

03

Reviewed by a recruiter, not just a model

Every workflow ships with clear handoff points where a human signs off before a candidate is contacted, submitted, or moved stages.

04

Priced for the outcome, not the buzzword

You know the fixed cost before we start, and what 'done' looks like — a working tool, documented, with a plain-language explanation of how it screens or ranks.

05

Handed off, not held hostage

You get account access, documentation, and a short training session for your team. Ongoing support, if you want it, is a choice — not a requirement.

06

Honest about limits

If a role or requisition type is not a good fit for AI screening yet, we will tell you before you pay for it. Some searches still need a human first pass.

How we think about this

Most staffing firms don't need more tech. They need one desk to stop drowning.

The AI conversation in staffing tends to jump straight to full automation — bots that source, screen, and place candidates end to end. For most firms, that is the wrong entry point. It is expensive, erodes candidate trust, and is easy to abandon halfway through.

We start narrower. We look at the specific, repeatable task that is currently eating a recruiter or coordinator's day — resume triage, reference checks, shift-fill follow-up — and build one system that handles it reliably, with a human still making the call. Once that is working and trusted, we look at whether a second one makes sense.

That's the whole method: small scope, real usage on live requisitions, honest measurement, then decide what's next.

How an engagement runs

Four stages. Nothing hidden in between.

01

Fit call

A focused 30-minute conversation about the desk task you want off your recruiters' plates. We tell you directly whether AI is a good fit — and if it isn't, we say so.

02

Scope & proposal

You receive a short written scope: what the system will do, which ATS and job boards it connects to, what it costs, and how long it takes. No open-ended retainers.

03

Build & review

We build against your real requisitions and candidate data, not a demo. Your recruiters test it before it touches a live candidate or client submission.

04

Handoff & support

You get documentation, login access, and a walkthrough for your team. We check in at 30 days to see what is and isn't working, then adjust.

Where we stand today

A new, focused practice — with the receipts we actually have.

Steng AI is an early-stage practice. We are not going to invent client logos or fabricate placement metrics to look more established than we are. Here is what's real:

One desk at a time

We intentionally limit how many engagements we run at once so every staffing firm gets direct access to the person building their system.

A documented build process

Every engagement follows the same four-stage process on this page, in writing, with a scope document before any build work starts.

A no-fit-no-fee first call

The fit call is free and unscripted. If we conclude AI is not the right tool for your desk, we will tell you and point you elsewhere if we can.

Questions

Before you book the call.

Anything repetitive, rule-based, and currently handled by a recruiter or coordinator copying information between tools — resume screening against a requisition, candidate follow-up sequences, reference-check scheduling, shift-fill reminders. If a task changes meaningfully with every candidate and has no pattern, it is usually a poor fit.
